Mansion in South Beach last night,

Mickey Rourke was pulled over at 4:11am when he was caught making an illegal U-turn. Rourke who was reported as having "a flushed face, bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath," greeted the officers with a cheery "What the f*#k did I do?" What he did, was fail the sobriety test that Miami Beach police officer P. Socarras administered and proceeded to get rowdy which gained him a nice ride in the back of the paddy wagon straight to Miami-Dade County Jail, where he barely exceeded the state's legal blood-alcohol limit, by blowing a 0.081.
But this is not uncharacteristic for Rourke who is known as one of the entertainment industry's bad boys. However, it can't be good for your reputation as a total badass if you are booked driving drunk on a
Vespa...yes one of those "cute" Italian scooters. Oh, and did we mention that it was mint green? Now that's macho...
Rourke's agent could not be reached for comment.
